Dr. Carol Choksy is our CEO and Principle Analyst. She has more than 30 years of records management experience in nearly every industry and in every part of the records life-cycle. She is the author of the critically acclaimed Domesticating Information: managing documents inside the organization and publishes frequently in the Information Management Journal. She teaches strategic intelligence and records management at the School of Library and Information Science, Indiana University, Bloomington. She speaks regularly to information technology, records management, human resource, and legal audiences. She is a past president of ARMA International, and received her BA, MA, and PhD from the University of Chicago.
